This practical insight allows RAD Design to approach each project not only from a design perspective, but also with an understanding of how the space will function as a successful rental or comfortable home.

Standard Design Consult – $195 Includes a 75-minute in-home or virtual consultation covering layout, style, budget priorities, and design recommendations.

STR Investment Consult – $325 Includes a 90-minute investment-focused consultation for short-term rentals. Includes layout optimization, guest experience strategy, and ROI-driven design guidance.

Consultation fees are non-refundable and credited toward full-service design packages booked within 30 days.
